② evenly adjust the position of the rubber scraping roller at both ends of the machine

③ remove the gel in the glue tray

④ readjust the device

⑤ remove the dirt on the upper rubber roller. Zipper bonding

① reduce the glue paste concentration at the appropriate position (usually on the single-sided machine). Try to use the core paper from another supplier and discuss the problem with the original supplier

② because the tissue paper with high density or good performance contains more fibers in a certain thickness, its heat transfer performance is also better than the general traditional tissue paper. The solid content of starch should be increased and the temperature of each part of the tile line should be reduced to solve these problems
