3. Carry out prevention and control of VOCs Pollution from domestic sources and agricultural sources

By 2020, the new multi-storey and high-rise residential buildings in the city will basically be fully decorated, and the interior and exterior walls of buildings will be decorated with coatings with low (no) VOCs content. Improve the decoration standard contract, add environmental protection clauses, and cultivate and support green decoration enterprises. It is encouraged to carry out decoration supervision and consider the inspection and acceptance of indoor air quality after decoration from the current technical level and the life cycle of 200000 kilometers of vehicles

2. Strengthen waste gas treatment in automobile repair industry. Vigorously promote the use of water-based and high solid coatings, and promote the use of water-based and high solid coatings for base paints. Promote the use of electrostatic spraying and other coating processes with high coating efficiency. The process operations such as painting, leveling and drying should be carried out in confined space or equipment. The spray gun with overcurrent, overvoltage, overload and other protective devices and solvent based paint should be sealed and cleaned. The VOCs waste gas generated should be collected and introduced into the treatment facilities to achieve emission standards
